The fantastic team of volunteers at BRR is fundamental to the work of the organisation. Without the energy and commitment of volunteers we simply could not deliver our services.
The Paddington Bear room is run by Bristol Refugee Rights who provide crèche sessions for their members 4 times per week (for further information visit Early Years Project). BRR’s crèche (Early Years Project) is registered with Ofsted on the Voluntary Childcare Register and as such complies with all Ofsted requirements for this type of childcare setting.
The large room is fully accessible room with free-play access to the shaded garden area.
As a fully staffed creche, the room complements other activities going on at St Pauls Learning Centre such as courses or events. To find out more about what other rooms are available to rent at St Pauls Learning Centre, visit their website.
In addition to our well-equipped room we have a fantastic staff team who can run a crèche session/stay and play/holiday club for you. Our staff are qualified to work in early years and paediatric First Aid trained. Our staff have years of experience in working with young children and have particular expertise in settling, looking after and providing play opportunities for children from different backgrounds and cultures, children who do not speak English at home, and children who may never have experienced a childcare setting before.
If you’re just looking for a room for a meeting, the room provides a lovely light space with access to a garden area; toys can be moved to make space for meetings to take place.
There is a café on site that can provide refreshments such as drinks and fresh fruit if required. If you let us know your requirements we can get a quote from Glen’s café for you.
Concessionary rates are available for charity and partner organisations. You can hire our toys for an extra charge (+ a £30 damages deposit). Prices for fully staffed creche hire depend on number and ages of children.
Please contact Sally on 0117 914 5480 or email email@example.com to discuss your requirements.
